Crèdit Andorrà formalised the merger by absorption of Vall Banc before a notary on 22 June. The two institutions have become a single bank and, therefore, you are now formally a client of Crèdit Andorrà.
The operational integration of Vall Banc’s clients into Crèdit Andorrà is scheduled for the weekend of 25 and 26 June.
The result of this operation will be a stronger and more stable bank with greater capacity to meet the challenges of the future. Answers to frequently-asked questions
The process of merger by absorption of Vall Banc by Crèdit Andorrà is complete; you are now formally a client of Crèdit Andorrà. We give you a warm welcome.
From Monday 27 June onwards, clients of Vall Banc branches will be served at the nearest Crèdit Andorrà branch. Thus, generally speaking:
- Clients of the Plaça Rebés branch will be served at the Crèdit Andorrà branch located at Plaça Rebés, 3 (Andorra la Vella). The phone number is +376 88 83 60.
- Clients of the La Massana branch will be served at the Crèdit Andorrà branch located at Av. Sant Antoni, 34 (La Massana). The phone number is +376 88 85 00.
- Clients of the branch at Carrer de la Unió, 3 will be served at the Crèdit Andorrà branch located at Av. Carlemany, 42 (Escaldes-Engordany). The phone number is +376 88 82 00.
Clients of the Wealth Management branch at Av. Carlemany will retain their branch and be served at the same location.
The opening hours of the Crèdit Andorrà branches are Monday to Friday, from 9:00 am to 2:00 pm.

You can request a change of branch at any time if you so wish.
From Monday 27 June, you’ll be able to perform operations at any Crèdit Andorrà branch. However, on the initial days following the operational integration of clients, which will take place at the weekend on 25 and 26 June, we advise you to go to your branch assigned for accounts from Vall Banc, where the team of professionals will be ready to serve you.
You can request a change of branch or centralise all your Crèdit Andorrà accounts at a single branch at any time, if you so wish.
Your current account number (IBAN) will change with the operational integration. However, this change will not affect any direct debits or standing orders that you may have, as they will be automatically transferred to your new account number.
During the days following the operational integration scheduled for the weekend of 25 and 26 June, we’ll inform you of the new IBAN numbers that you’ll need to make new payments or perform any transactions.
The merger and the operational integration will not have an impact on the terms and conditions of the mortgages and/or personal loans you signed with Vall Banc. Your contracts will remain in effect. We’ll inform you of any changes that may occur well in advance.
You’ll be duly informed in the event that the terms and conditions of your products and services change.
Cards
Your Vall Banc card is no longer operational. You must use the new Crèdit Andorrà card we’ve provided you with. It will have been automatically activated if you’ve made your PIN number request.
The letter you received your card with lists the steps you’ll need to take to make your PIN number request. If you have any queries or require help with the PIN number request process, you can call Customer Service at +376 88 88 88.
We remind you that your new Crèdit Andorrà card has no additional cost with respect to the Vall Banc card.

Yes, the new Crèdit Andorrà card has a new number. Consequently, once it’s been activated, it’s important you update the direct debits linked to your old Vall Banc card.
You can change your card PIN number at any Crèdit Andorrà ATM. All you need to do is make sure the card is activated.
You can use any Crèdit Andorrà ATM or the Caixer 24h shared network. Crèdit Andorrà has a large network, with a total of 14 ATMs.
If you prefer, you can also use the ATM networks of the other banks in the country.
Digital banking and contact center
Vall Banc’s digital banking is currently operating in consultation mode but it will no longer be available from 24 June onwards.
To continue logging into the online banking service, you’ll have to sign up for e-Crèdit, Crèdit Andorrà’s online banking. To do so, call Customer Service at +376 88 88 88. If you prefer, you can also contact your manager or branch.

Vall Banc’s helpline (Digui’m) is no longer operational. From now on, you should call Crèdit Andorrà’s Customer Service at +376 88 88 88.

Notice to Crèdit Andorrà, SA depositors and investors
Andorra la Vella, on 19 May 2022
In compliance with the provisions of Article 24.5 of the consolidated text of Law 20/2018 of 13 September regulating the Andorran deposit guarantee fund and the Andorran investment guarantee system, the depositors and investors of CRÈDIT ANDORRÀ, SAU are hereby informed that, by virtue of the resolutions adopted at the Extraordinary General Shareholders’ Meeting of CRÈDIT ANDORRÀ, SA, held on 18 May 2022, and the decisions of the Sole Shareholder of VALL BANC, SAU, adopted on the same date, the merger of the aforementioned entities through the absorption of VALL BANC, SAU by CRÈDIT ANDORRÀ, SA has been approved.
As a result of this operation, VALL BANC, SAU will be dissolved, without liquidation, and terminated, and its assets will be transferred en bloc to CRÈDIT ANDORRÀ, SA, which will acquire it by universal succession and will be subrogated to all the rights and obligations of the absorbed entity.
In this regard, and in application of this provision, the depositors and investors of CRÈDIT ANDORRÀ, SA have a period of three months from the date of this notification to withdraw or transfer their deposits and eligible investments, including all interest accrued and profits obtained up to the time of the operation, to another entity, free of charge, when they exceed the level of the guaranteed amounts.
